Manager App – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Manager App provided by Daily Activity Monitoring. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. The App has no payment functionality.

1. Role & Authorization

You are authorized by your organization to add agents, record/update delivery data, and generate reports for your assigned center(s). Unauthorized use is prohibited.

2. Account Security

  • Keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all actions performed through your account.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

  • Enter accurate, lawful, and non-misleading agent and delivery data.
  • Do not access data you are not authorized to view or modify.
  • Do not disrupt, probe, or attempt to circumvent security or platform operations.

4. Data Access & Ownership

Your organization owns operational data. Managers may view and manage assigned agents’ delivery records as permitted. Personal information is handled per the Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for data loss due to events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the App’s security and integrity.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
