Manager App – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Daily Activity Monitoring (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when authorized Center Managers use the Manager App to manage delivery agents, delivery records, and commission calculations. The app has no payment features or links.
1. Information We Collect
- Personal Details: Name, phone number, email, center name/address.
- Account Details: Login identifier and authentication credentials.
- Work Data: Agent profiles you add, delivery records you enter/update, and commission outputs.
- Technical Data: IP address, device/browser type, access timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
2. How We Use Information
- Create and manage manager accounts and role-based access.
- Enable adding agents, recording/updating deliveries, and generating billing-cycle reports.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and improve reliability and performance.
3. Data Sharing
- Visible to authorized organization administrators and system administrators on a need-to-know basis.
- Shared to comply with applicable law or legal process, if required.
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (including HTTPS, role-based permissions, and authentication using secure HTTP-only cookies/JWT) to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
5. Data Retention (60 days)
- Delivery records and related work data are stored for a maximum of 60 days.
- Data older than 60 days is automatically deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.
- We may retain strictly non-identifiable aggregated statistics (e.g., totals across all users) for operational analysis.
6. Your Rights
